The Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce will be honoring us with a Grand Opening Ribbon cutting at 5pm
AJI Fish Butchery from Portland will be serving two dishes starting at 5:30pm. 1. McFarland Springs Trout Pate topped with lemmon oil, maldon flake salt served on toasted milk bread with kimchi jam. 2. 21 day dry aged salmon smoked sausages with Japanese milk bread and kewpie mayo.
Saturday March 8th 3pm-11pm
Raw Cider Company will be offering samples of their ciders starting at 4pm.
Sunday March 9th 3pm-9pm
